Proudly Kenyan Tea

Rooted in Kenya’s Tea-Growing Heartlands

Acnavin Brews is a proudly Kenyan tea brand sourced from the slopes of the Aberdare Ranges and the Rift Valley — two iconic tea-growing regions where altitude, climate, and tradition shape a uniquely rich, aromatic cup.

The Rift Valley

The Rift Valley is famous not only for its high-altitude tea farms, but also as the training ground for Kenya’s world-class marathon runners. Crisp air, cool nights, and fertile soils create ideal conditions for tea bushes that yield bright, brisk, and invigorating leaves.

The Aberdare Ranges

In the foothills of the Aberdare Ranges, cooling mists, volcanic soil, and crisp altitude directly shape the character of aromatic tea. Higher altitude slows leaf growth, allowing deeper flavor, brighter liquor, and a smooth, coppery finish.

A Family Name, A Kenyan Story

The name Acnavin is a collective acronym inspired by the names of the founders and their son. It represents a family business built on identity, memory, and pride in Kenyan roots.

We grew up on ancestral tea farms and around tea factories, learning the value of tea from childhood and watching the industry evolve from simple CTC production into a diverse world of orthodox teas, flavored teas, scented infusions, and premium blends.

That lived experience is the heart of our brand. It is what drives us to share the best of Kenya with consumers at home and around the world — pure, high-altitude tea that reflects the hard work, expertise, and natural beauty of our tea-growing regions.

Acnavin Tea is not just a crop, but a brisk golden essence of the highlands — harvested by hand and deeply rooted in local heritage.
Great tea should tell a story: of misty highland mornings, sun-drenched Rift Valley farms, and generations of Kenyan families who have nurtured tea as both a livelihood and a culture. That story is what you hold in your cup.
